QUANTUMORACLE is the second installation in the TS//S//SI//NF//U//FOUO series. Natural language processing techniques were used to model thousands of pages of texts concerning telecommunications data collection and analysis; the new models were then used to generate oracular statements following the poetic forms of the source texts. These proclamations were simultaneously tweeted by an autonomous twitterbot and spoken by a diverse collection of text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis identies. This voices were drawn from the entire history of TTS synthesis; their constantly overlapping chatter formed an ever-evolving, cryptic glossolalia. Archives of the oracle can be found on twitter @1TH1NKW3R3AL0N3.
